SUV-TARAQQIYOT LLC was established on 21 August 2001, built on the foundation of NPO Wolfram — a Soviet-era scientific production organisation with deep roots in geological survey and drilling engineering. From its first year of operation, the company focused on hydrogeological well drilling and water supply construction across Uzbekistan.

Over two decades, SUV-TARAQQIYOT has grown into a full-cycle contractor capable of delivering projects from initial survey through to final commissioning. The company annually drills approximately 120 wells to depths of up to 1,200 metres, constructs up to 200 kilometres of water pipelines with diameters from 32 to 1,200mm, and installs up to 50 water distribution units with daily capacities of 300 to 30,000 cubic metres.

Today, SUV-TARAQQIYOT holds contracts financed by the World Bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the Asian Development Bank, the OPEC Fund for International Development, and the Saudi Fund for Development. The company operates under ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2019, and ISO 45001:2020 certification, issued by AVVISO CERT LLC, Tashkent.
